Once your order is placed the status of the order will change based on the status:
| Order Confirmed | Order has been received, confirmed, and payment is pre-authorized for your purchase. |
| Manual Verification Required | Order on hold while some aspect, such as FFL documentation, is manually confirmed. |
| Awaiting Fulfillment | The checkout process has been completed and payment has been collected. |
| Awaiting Shipment | Order items have been pulled and packaged, and are awaiting mail collection. |
| Awaiting Pickup | Order is ready and is awaiting customer in-store pick-up. |
| Completed | Order with digital product file(s) are available for download. |
| Cancelled | Seller has cancelled an order, due to a stock inconsistency, availability or other reasons. |
Any Order for In-Store Pick-Up that is not picked up after 14 days will be refunded and the items will be returned to our available stock.
